Paintsville, Prestonsburg, Oaklawn Estates, Tutor Key, East Point, Fitz, Wells Chapel, Davella, Thelma, Meally, Thealka, Collista, West Van Lear, Delong, Williamsport, River, Nippa, Offutt, Buffalo, and Hagerhill. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS... Kentucky Highway 3 in Floyd County between mile markers 3 and 4.
