At 638 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Kettle Island, or near Pineville, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Pineville, Wallins Creek, East Pineville, Sandy Fork, Mary Alice, Wallsend, Varilla, Coldiron, Ponza, Beverly, Stony Fork Junction, Black Snake, Field, Erose, Kentenia, Tacky Town, Saylor, Straight Creek, Blanche, and Mills. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS... U.S. Highway 25 East in Bell County between mile markers 8 and 18. U.S. Highway 25 East in Knox County near mile marker 1.
