At 353 PM EDT, heavy thunderstorms were clustered over Fort Gay, or over Louisa, moving east at 15 mph. Locations impacted include... Louisa, Wayne, Blaine, Yatesville Lake State Park, Fort Gay, East Lynn Lake, Dunlow, Martha, Gallup, Clifford, Glenhayes, Houckville, Fallsburg, East Lynn, and Genoa. Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may cause localized flooding. Locally heavy rain of up to an 1.5 inches has fallen over the last hour in some locations. Localized high water is possible over typical low-lying trouble areas. Do not drive your vehicle into areas where water covers the roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross safely. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
