At 236 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Winchester, or 9 miles west of Mount Sterling, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Mount Sterling, Jeffersonville, Camargo, Ewington, Levee, Grassy Lick, Howards Mill, Wades Mill, Upper Spencer, Coons Station, Stepstone, Bean, Lower Spencer, Gatewoods Station, Oggs Station, Prewitt, Klondike, and Sewell Shop. THIS INCLUDES Interstate 64 in eastern Kentucky between mile markers 105 and 113.
