At 645 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Phyllis, or 12 miles east of Pikeville, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and torrential rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Forest Hills, Huddy, Mcandrews, Turkey Creek, Jamboree, Belfry, Hardy, Sidney, Phyllis, Phelps, Fedscreek, Canada, Majestic, Kimper, Coleman, Board Tree, Woodman, Biggs, and Edgarton. THIS INCLUDES U.S. Highway 119 in Pike County between mile markers 12 and 24.
