At 1051 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Hazel Patch, or 9 miles northwest of London, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... London, McKee, Carico, Robinet, Pittsburg, Zekes Point, Maulden, Shop Branch, Mummie, Tyner, Privett, Bradshaw, Horse Lick, Hurley, Settle Store, Mershons, Hazel Patch, Camp Wildcat, Moores Creek, and Cruise. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS... Interstate 75 in east central Kentucky between mile markers 40 and 54. Kentucky Highway 80 in Laurel County between mile markers 7 and 11.
