At 805 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Burr, or over Mount Vernon, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Mount Vernon, Sand Springs, Donaro, Bummer, Robinet, Pongo, Horse Lick, Spiro, Lamero, Wabp, Lake Linville, Hansford, Renfro Valley, Mershons, Hazel Patch, Pine Hill, Jep Hill, Camp Wildcat, Flat Rock, and Sinks. THIS INCLUDES Interstate 75 in east central Kentucky between mile markers 48 and 64.
