At 806 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Harmony to near Mermentau. Movement was south at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Jennings, Welsh, Lake Arthur, Kinder, Oberlin, Elton, Fenton, Mittie, Buller, Harmony, Pine Island, Leblanc, Roanoke, and Hathaway. This includes Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 49 and 68.
