At 1201 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Gillsburg, or 11 miles southeast of Liberty, moving south at 15 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Greensburg, Kentwood, Gillsburg, Easleyville, and Tangipahoa. This includes Interstate 55 in Louisiana between mile markers 52 and 62.
