At 301 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles west of Salem to 6 miles east of Mount Herman. Movement was west at 15 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Magnolia, Tylertown, Mount Herman, and Mccomb Airport. This includes Interstate 55 in Mississippi between mile markers 7 and 14.
