Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.

Bulletin details

At 1156 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Farmington, or 14 miles east of Uniontown, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Bittinger, Grantsville, Friendsville, Accident, Merrill, Selbysport, New Germany, Piney Grove, Jennings, Keysers Ridge, and Mineral Spring. This includes Interstate 68 in Maryland between mile markers 1 and 29.
