Bulletin details

Patchy dense fog is expected through 8AM across portions of Downeast, Bangor Region northward in the Penobscot Valley to Southern Aroostook County. Fog is mixing out and lifting quickly in many locations but cannot rule out a few dense areas remaining resulting in rapidly changing visibilities. If traveling, remain alert for rapid changes in visibility and allow extra following distance. Watch for wildlife while traveling. Even as it becomes daylight, make your vehicle more visible to other drivers, turn headlights on.
