At 658 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 9 miles north of Rock Harbor to 12 miles north of Mount Desor to 10 miles northeast of Grand Portage State Park. Movement was southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Siskiwit Lake, Mott Island Park Headquarters, Windigo, Rock Harbor, and Mount Desor.
