Southfield around 315 AM EDT. Detroit and Dearborn around 330 AM EDT. Downtown Detroit around 335 AM EDT. Belle Isle around 340 AM EDT. Grosse Pointe around 345 AM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Franklin, Keego Harbor, Melvindale, Commerce, Harper Woods, Pleasant Ridge, Grosse Pointe Shores, Huntington Woods, Wolverine Lake, and Highland Park.
