Thunderstorms with heavy rain will cause minor flooding in the following counties... Faribault...Martin...Blue Earth...Watonwan... * Until 1030 AM CDT. * At 734 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the area. 2 to 4 inches of rain have fallen, with totals up to 4.5 inches possible. * Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... Fairmont, Blue Earth, Madelia, Mapleton, Winnebago, Sherburn, Truman, Minnesota Lake, Welcome, Elmore, Good Thunder, and Amboy.
