At 813 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from over Immanuel Church to over Summit, or extending from 8 miles northeast of Wheaton to 9 miles southwest of Wilmot, moving east at 20 mph. What the bulletin says to do

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. If on or near Lake Traverse, get out of the water and move indoors or inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to 10 miles from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter now! Do not be caught on the water in a thunderstorm. Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until this storm passes.

At 813 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from over Immanuel Church to over Summit, or extending from 8 miles northeast of Wheaton to 9 miles southwest of Wilmot, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. The strong thunderstorm will be near... Wheaton, Immanuel Church, Summit, Silver Bridge, Halls Landing, Browns Valley, Mud Lake Landing, Rainbow Island, Traverse Country Park and Peever Flats Housing around 815 PM CDT. Beardsley and Wilmot around 820 PM CDT. Yankeetown around 825 PM CDT. Siloah Country Church around 830 PM CDT.
