At 430 AM CDT, Numerous thunderstorms with very heavy rain were over the northern parts of Otter Tail county. 1 to 3 inches of rain has fallen in the last 3 hours in these areas. Gusty winds as well. The storms were moving east-southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Wadena, Perham, Ottertail Lake, Lake Lida, New York Mills, Henning, and Ottertail.
