IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Winona around 1155 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Wilson, Witoka, Marshland, Ridgeway, and Pickwick. This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 248 and 266.
