At 759 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Dearborn to near Smithville to near Ferrelview. Movement was east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Smithville, Platte City, Gower, Kansas City Intl Arpt, Trimble, Edgerton, Dearborn, Camden Point, Ferrelview, Tracy, Ridgely, and Hoover. This includes the following highways... Interstate 29 between mile markers 10 and 37. Interstate 435 between mile markers 25 and 43.
