At 311 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles northeast of Townsend to 7 miles southwest of Alder. Movement was northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Bozeman, Townsend, White Sulphur Springs, Virginia City, Belgrade, Three Forks, Manhattan, Ennis, Pony, Alder, Toston, Harrison, Big Sky, Cameron, Missouri Headwaters State Park, Radersburg, Maudlow, Four Corners, Amsterdam, and Silos.
