What is happening
Westerly winds gusting between 30 and 50 mph are leading to areas of blowing dust which will lead to reductions in visibilities down to 3 miles with localized areas of lower. If you encounter areas of reduced visibility slow down and allow extra spacing between vehicles and turn on low beam headlights.
