At 731 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles west of Absarokee, or 18 miles southwest of Columbus, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Columbus, Absarokee, Fishtail, Reed Point, Cooney Reservoir State Park and Boyd.
