IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Chapel Hill, Burlington, Graham, Hillsborough, Carrboro, Mebane, Elon, Gibsonville, Haw River and Swepsonville. This includes the following highways... Interstate 85 between Mile Markers 163 and 171. Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 140 and 162, and between Mile Markers 259 and 268.
