IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, RDU International, Apex, Holly Springs, Morrisville and Crosswinds Boating Center. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 273 and 301. Interstate 440 between Mile Markers 1 and 6. Interstate 540 between Mile Markers 0 and 1. US 1 between Mile Markers 84 and 101. the Durham Freeway between Mile Markers 2 and 5.
