At 531 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Winston-Salem, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. Occasional lighting. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Walkertown, Sedge Garden, Pfafftown, and Stanleyville. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 186 and 204. Interstate 74 between Mile Markers 56 and 64.
