At 625 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Winston-Salem, moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Stokesdale, Walkertown, Rural Hall, Pfafftown, Stanleyville, Belews Creek, and Belews Lake. This includes Interstate 40 near Mile Marker 192.
