At 837 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of showers and thunderstorms with heavy rainfall extending from Creedmoor to Kerr Lake, moving 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 30 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Torrential rainfall for 20 to 30 minutes may produce localized flooding. Locations impacted include... Henderson, Creedmoor, Louisburg, Warrenton, Franklinton, Norlina, Littleton, Kittrell, Middleburg, and Macon. This includes Interstate 85 between Mile Markers 207 and 233.
