At 403 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over High Point, moving southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 30 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Greensboro, High Point, Asheboro, Randleman, Archdale, Trinity, Jamestown, Randleman Regional Reservior Marina, and Oak Hollow Marina. This includes the following highways... Interstate 85 near Mile Marker 33, and between Mile Markers 105 and 120. Interstate 73 between Mile Markers 77 and 93, near Mile Marker 97, and between Mile Markers 99 and 102. Interstate 74 between Mile Markers 67 and 79.
