At 149 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 11 miles north of Dortches to near Zebulon. Movement was east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Rocky Mount, Roanoke Rapids, Nashville, Halifax, Zebulon, Dortches, Bailey, Bunn, Red Oak, and Enfield. This includes the following highways... Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 173 and 132. NC Highway 264 between Mile Markers 20 and 32.
