IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Rocky Mount, Tarboro, Nashville, Scotland Neck, Elm City, Dortches, Red Oak, Princeville, Sharpsburg, and Whitakers. This includes Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 145 and 138.
