At 1100 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5 miles east of Hendersonville, or 5 miles northeast of Flat Rock, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Hendersonville, Flat Rock, Saluda, Dana, and East Flat Rock.
