At 1254 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Frisco to 7 miles northwest of Ocracoke Ferry Terminal. Movement was east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Frisco, Buxton, Hatteras Ferry Terminal, Ocracoke Ferry Terminal, Ocracoke Lighthouse, and Cape Hatteras Lighthouse.
