Patchy fog has developed this morning, with the lowest visibilities occurring along Interstate 85. Visibilities may be reduced to one quarter mile or less at times. If you are driving this morning, reduce driving speeds, increase following distances, and use only low beam headlights. Visibilities should improve between 9 and 10 AM this morning.
