IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Henderson, Oxford, Creedmoor, Warrenton, Wake Forest, Butner, Franklinton, Norlina, Kittrell, and Youngsville. This includes Interstate 85 between Mile Markers 186 and 233.
