At 1248 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Little Rock to near Brownsville. Movement was east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Dillon, Fairmont, Latta, Rowland, Bingham, Hamer, Brownsville, Oak Grove, South Of The Border, Little Rock, and Mcleod Medical Center. This includes the following highways... Interstate 95 in South Carolina between mile markers 179 and 198. Interstate 95 in North Carolina between mile markers 1 and 3.
