At 544 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Shannon, or near Red Springs, moving north at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Fayetteville, Raeford, Maxton, Antioch, Hope Mills, Wagram, Silver City, Rockfish, Bowmore, and Sandhills Game Land. This includes Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 46 and 41.
