At 754 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located from near Sawyer to 10 miles north of Benedict, or from 12 miles southeast of Minot to 20 miles south of Minot, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Velva, Sawyer, and Logan.
