At 1103 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles south of Brewster, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Loup, north central Custer and southeastern Blaine Counties, including the following locations... Milburn Diversion Dam State Wildlife Management Area, Milburn, Walworth, and Almeria. This includes the following highways... Highway 183 near mile marker 132. Highway 7 near mile marker 0.
