At 918 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Butte, or near Spencer, moving northeast at 55 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Spencer, Butte, Gross, Bristow, Dustin, Anoka, Spencer Dam, Parshall Bridge State Wildlife Management Area, Hull Lake State Wildlife Management Area, and Anncar. This includes the following highways... Highway 281 between mile markers 207 and 223. Highway 12 between mile markers 106 and 132.
