At 505 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Gibbon to near Kearney to Elm Creek. Movement was southeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Strong thunderstorms will be near... Minden, Kenesaw, and Heartwell around 515 AM CDT. Axtell and Norman around 520 AM CDT. This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 255 and 292.
