At 510 AM CDT, an automated weather station reported a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 12 miles south of Arnold to near Brady. Movement was southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Automated Weather Station. The North Platte Airport recorded a wind gust to 48 MPH. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Strong thunderstorms will be near... Gothenburg around 525 AM CDT. Other locations in the path of these storms include Willow Island. This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 209 and 223.
