Locations impacted include... Ogallala, Grant, Curtis, Chappell, Big Springs, Hayes Center, Sutherland, Paxton, Wallace, Brule, Madrid, Venango, Elsie, Wellfleet, Moorefield, Stockville, Dickens, Kingsley Dam, Barton, and Medicine Creek Reservoir State Recreation Area. This includes the following highways... Highway 61 between mile markers 54 and 103. Highway 92 between mile markers 122 and 138. Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 78 and 160. Highway 83 between mile markers 27 and 69.
