At 828 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10 miles southeast of Hayes Center, moving southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Medicine Creek Reservoir State Recreation Area, Quick, Bluegill Haven Campground, Willow View Campground, Freedom, and Red Willow Reservoir State Recreation Area. This includes Highway 83 between mile markers 27 and 39.
