At 520 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near O'Neill, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... O'Neill and Inman. This includes the following highways... Highway 20 between mile markers 300 and 317. Highway 281 between mile markers 173 and 194.
