At 655 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles north of Chambers, or 12 miles southwest of O'Neill, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... O'Neill and Inman. This includes the following highways... Highway 20 between mile markers 309 and 322. Highway 281 between mile markers 167 and 182.
