At 359 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near St. Libory, or 8 miles north of Grand Island, moving southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Phillips around 410 AM CDT. Other locations in the path of this storm include Aurora and Stockham. This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 315 and 340.
