At 322 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms extending from Hawk Springs to 10 miles west of Gun Barrel to 6 miles north of Rocking Star Ranch. Movement was northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Cheyenne, La Grange, Happy Valley, Federal, Albin, Table Mountain Ranches, Rocking Star Ranch, Silver Sage Estates, Cheyenne Regional Airport, Hawk Springs Reservoir, Stegall, Hawk Springs State Recreation Area, Hawk Springs, Ranchettes, Warren AFB, Frontier Park, Whitaker, North Cheyenne, Meriden Rest Area, and Gun Barrel.
