At 545 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles south of Brewster to near Dunning to 7 miles southwest of Halsey. Movement was south at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Arnold, Merna, Anselmo, Dunning, Halsey, Victoria Springs State Recreation Area, Logan, Milburn Diversion Dam State Wildlife Management Area, Linscott, Tarboz Lake, Pleasant Hill, and Hoagland. This includes the following highways... Highway 2 between mile markers 224 and 271. Highway 92 between mile markers 251 and 273.
