At 537 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Upper Greenwood Lake, or over West Milford, moving southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... West Milford, Ramsey, Ringwood, Pompton Lakes, Suffern, Sloatsburg, Upper Greenwood Lake, Oakland, Wanaque, Airmont, Upper Saddle River, Chestnut Ridge, Montebello, and Hillburn.
