At 833 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Highland Lake, or near West Milford, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... New City, West Milford, Monsey, Nanuet, Ramsey, Ringwood, Haverstraw, Suffern, Monroe, Nyack, Warwick, Sloatsburg, Bloomingdale, Chester, and Greenwood Lake.
